Betwinner Terms & Conditions — website terms

1. Acceptance of terms

This website is an site to the Betwinner brand. By using it you accept these terms; if not, do not use the site. The betting product, should you use it, is operated by PREVAILER B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/341/0759 (granted 28 March 2025 under the LOK, P.B. 2024 no. 157), with payment processing by HARBESINA LTD (Cyprus, HE 405135). The operator's terms — not this page — govern your betting account.

2. Eligibility — 21+ and not authorised in Malaysia

You must be at least 21. The Betwinner brand states 18+, but this site applies 21+ for the Malaysian risk environment. Betwinner is not authorised by any Malaysian authority. Betting with an unlicensed operator is an offence under the Betting Act 1953, and gambling is prohibited for Muslims under federal and Syariah law. The legal risk is yours. This site does not facilitate bets and does not handle betting funds.

3. Account rules (operator-side, summary)

Set by the operator. In summary: one account per person, per household, per payment method; registration details must match KYC documents; the operator can request identity, address and payment-method verification before any withdrawal; bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage and collusion breach the operator's terms and can lead to forfeiture and closure. 5. Prohibited behaviour

On this site you may not submit spam or fabricated reviews, scrape or interfere with the site, impersonate another person, or target minors with gambling content. On the operator's platform, prohibited behaviour includes bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, and use of third-party bots — all can lead to forfeiture under the operator's own terms.

6. Liability

This site is provided "as is" as an informational site. We do not warrant that every figure is current — bonus terms and payment methods change; verify on the operator's site before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss from your use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us to access it (zero). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

this site is operated from outside Malaysia. The operator (PREVAILER B.V.) is incorporated in Curaçao and its services are governed by Curaçao law; disputes about your betting account are governed by the operator's terms. Disputes about this site itself are governed, to the extent permitted by law, by the laws of the jurisdiction from which the site is published — as applicable.
