Privacy Policy

What this site collects (very little: review-form fields and an IP for rate-limiting), what it does not do (no profiling, no selling), and the boundary between this site and the operator's platform.

Scope — this site vs the operator

This policy covers this site only. It does not cover the Betwinner betting platform. If you click a /play link, you leave this site and fall under the operator's own privacy policy; the operator is PREVAILER B.V. (Curaçao licence OGL/2024/341/0759) and its payment processor is HARBESINA LTD (Cyprus, HE 405135). Read their notices before opening an account.

What we collect

  • Review form submissions. The name or handle you provide, the title and body you write, the 1–5 star rating, and the language tag. Validation: name 2–60 chars, title 3–120, body 20–1,500.
  • IP address. Logged on submission for rate-limiting only. Not displayed, not retained longer than needed.
  • Basic server logs. Standard request logs (timestamp, URL, referrer, user agent) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
  • What you do not give us: email, phone, address, payment details, or betting account ID. We have no way to link your review to your betting account.

No profiling, no selling

We do not profile you, build behavioural segments, or sell your data. We do not share data with HARBESINA, PREVAILER B.V., or any advertiser. HARBESINA's role as payment agent applies only to deposits and withdrawals on the operator's platform after you click /play — a separate relationship between you and the operator, not one we are part of.

Cookies

Minimal. One functional cookie remembers your language preference (English or Bahasa Malaysia). No third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels or identifying analytics. If we add anonymous aggregate traffic analytics later, it will anonymise IPs and not set cross-site identifiers, and we will update this notice.

How long your review is kept

Submitted reviews enter a moderation queue. Approved reviews are published; rejected reviews (spam, fabricated winnings, off-topic, abusive) are deleted. Published reviews remain visible until you request removal or we remove them at our discretion. The associated IP is not displayed and is purged on the same schedule as server logs.

Your rights

Because we collect so little, your rights are simple: you can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Contact us via the site footer with enough information to identify your submission (the name/handle you used and the approximate date). We action straightforward requests within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is for adults (21+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted a review, contact us and we will remove it.

Data questions, deletion requests and correction notices go to the contact details in the site footer. We do not maintain a separate DPO because we do not process personal data at a scale or sensitivity that requires one — as applicable.

Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers, HARBESINA, or PREVAILER B.V.
Why do you log my IP?
For rate-limiting review submissions only — to slow automated spam. We do not display, geolocate, or retain it longer than server logs.
Does HARBESINA see my review?
No. HARBESINA is the payment agent for the Betwinner operator, not for this site. They see data only if you go to /play, register and transact — a separate relationship.
Can I delete a review I submitted?
Yes. Contact us via the site footer with the name/handle you used and the approximate date and we will remove it.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. One functional cookie for your language preference. No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
